LAND REGISTRY OFFICE.

No. 632.-Terms of proposed Lease of Foreshore and Sen Bed, situate at Tai O Village, Lantac Island, New Territories.

Notice is hereby given under Section 3 of the Foreshores and Sea Bed Ordinance, 1901, that it is proposed by His Excellency the Governor to grant under the said Ordinance a Lease of the Foreshore and Sea Bed or land covered by the Sea situate at Tai O Village, in New Territories in the Colony of Hongkong, the particulars and measurements whereof are specified in the schedule hereto, and the limits and boundaries whereof are shewn on a plan which is deposited and may be seen at the District Land Office, Beaconsfield, Hongkong, such Lease to be granted for the term of 75 years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the option of renewal by the Lessees for the further term of 24 years less the last 3 days thereof at a re-assessed Crown Rent. The Lease to be in the usual form of Leases of Building Lands in the New Territories and to contain a special covenant that the Lessee shall have no right of access to the Sea.

And notice is hereby given that all persons having objections to the granting of such Lease must send their objections in writing to the Colonial Secretary before the 20th day of October, 1907, in order that the same may be duly considered by His Excellency the Governor in Conneil.

ENTRANCE TO PORT PIRIE RIVER.

Notice is hereby given that No. 1 Light Beacon, at the entrance to Port Pirie Creek, has been knocked down, and that, pending its re-crection, a small Ketch has been moored near the same position.

The Ketch will show from the masthead a Red Ball by day and a Red Light by night. This affects Admiralty Charts Nos. 2389в and 403.
