The Honorable William Hastings Alexander is the Official Assignee, and Messieurs Stephens and Holmes, of 2 Club Chambers, Victoria aforesaid, are the Solicitors acting in the Bankruptcy.

A Public Sitting will hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his final examination, and to make application for his discharge, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.

At the first Meeting of Creditors the Registrar will receive the proofs of the Debts of Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.

Notice is also hereby given to all Persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his Effects, not to deliver the same but to the Official Assignee.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.

HE following Special Resolutions have been

passed at an Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the above Society held on the 18th September last, and confirmed at another Meet- ing held on the 7th instant.

1st. That the Club Lusitano de Hongkong, Limited, be voluntarily dissolved, the Winding-up of its affairs to commence on the 1st December next, or before that date, if found more convenient to the interests of the Society.

2nd. That Messrs. J. A. BARRETTO, A. F. ALVES, and A. G. ROMANO be appointed liqui- dators.
