OTICE is hereby given that an Extra- ordinary General Meeting of the mem- bers of the above Company duly convened and held at the registered office of the Company, No. 62, Bonham Strand, West, Hongkong, on the 16th day of October, 1920, the following Special Resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the said Company also duly convened and held at the same place, on the 23rd day of October, 1920, the following Special Resolution was duly confirmed, viz:-

"That it has been proved, to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its busi- ness and it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound voluntarily; and that Mr. Li TUNG be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
