TOTICE.-CHUN AKAN, of Victoria, in the Island of Hongkong, lately carrying on business as a Contractor at No. 75, First Street, Saiyingpoon, under the name of “Yan Loong,” having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Su- preme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy, on the Thirteenth day of September, A.D. 1875, is hereby required to surrender himself to the Hono- rable William Hastings Alexander, the Registrar of the said Court, at the first Meeting of his Cre- ditors, to be held before the said Registrar on the Twenty-ninth day of September instant, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon of that day pre- eisely, at the said Court.
The flonorable William Hastings Alexander is the Official Assignee, and Heury Lardner Dennys is the solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.
A Public Sitting will hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his final examination, and to make application for his discharge, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.
At the first Meeting of Creditors the Registrar will receive the proofs of the Debts of Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.
Notice is also hereby given to all Persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his Effects, to deliver the same to the Official Assignee.

toria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Broker, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy, on the Thirty-first day of August, 1875, is hereby required to surrender himself to the Honor- able William Hastings Alexander, the Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of his Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar, on the Twenty-eighth day of September, 1875, at Eleven of the clock in the forenoon precisely, al the said Court.
The said William Hastings Alexander is the Official Assignee, and the undersigned are the Solicitors in the matter of the said Petition.
