TOTICE. WILLIAM COCHRANE EDWARDS, and SABINO REIS ROZARIO, carrying on business at Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, under the firm name of " Edwards Rozario & Co.,' Accountants and General Agents, and the said Sabino Reis Rozario carrying on business at Victoria aforesaid, during the years 1872, 1873, and 1874, under the firm name of " Frishy & Co.,' having been adjudged Bankrupts under à Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong, in Bankruptcy, on the Sixteenth day of August, A.D. 1875, are hereby required to surrender themselves to the Honorable William Hastings Alexander, the Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of their Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar, on the First day of September, A.D. 1875, at Eleven of the clock in the forenoon of that day precisely, at the said Court.
The Honorable William Hastings Alexander is the Official Assignee, and Messrs. Stephens and Holmes are the Solicitors acting in the Bank- ruptcy.
A public sitting will hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupts to pass their final examination and to make application for their discharge, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.
At the first meeting of Creditors, the Registrar will receive the proofs of the debts of Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupts' Estate and Effects.
Notice is also hereby given to all persons in- debted to the said Bankrupts, or that have any of their Effects, not to deliver the same but to the Official Assignee.

Resolution of the above named Company
duly passed on the 25th May, 1875, and con- firmed on the 5th day of June, 1875, it was resolved that the said Company should be volun- tarily wound up, pursuant to the Companies Ordinance, 1865, and by a like Special Resolution passed and confirmed on the said days, ADOLF ANDRÉ and FREDERICK DAVID SASSOox, of Hongkong, Merchants, were appointed Liquida- tors of the said Company.
