Derelict Junk reported in vicinity of Breaker Point Lighthouse.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following report has been received from the Customs. authorities at Swatow:-
"A derelict junk was seen in the track of shipping by the Captain of S. S. Soshu Maru on the 17th instant in Latitude 22° 40′ N., Longitude 116° 20' E."

NIGHT NAVIGATION-RESTRICTIONS WITHDRAWN.
REFERRING to Special Notice to Mariners No. 579, notice is hereby given that information has been received from the Customs authorities at Canton reporting the withdrawal of the restrictions with regard to night navigation of Boca Tigris, Canton River.

NOTICE is hereby given that, Fort No. 2 staff light, on the fort No. 2 Gulf of Tokyo, will be rebuilt to the lighthouse and be shown as follow in near future.
Further notice will be given after the said lighthouse has been shown.

Fort No. 2 Lighthouse.
Position ---Magnetic bearing N. 77° 30′ W., dist. 60 "shaku," from the present staff light.
Description:-Upper part iron square lattice work, lower part concrete tower, white.
Height of light:-29 "shaku" above the base; 56 "shaku above the water.
Character of light :-Acetylene gas occulting white; light 3 secs.; eclipse 3 secs.
Illuminated arc:- -The whole horizon.
Power:-200 candles.
Visibility:-13 nautical miles in clear night.
