Hongkong, has on the 23rd day of August, 1920, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark, viz:—

in the name of the said LOUIE SANG THAN, (4) otherwise KING FOOK TONG,

(K), who claims to be the sole proprietor thereof.

The said Trade Mark is intended to be forthwith used by the Applicant in respect of

Mixture in class 3.
