OTICE is hereby given that a Petition for

the winding up of the above named CHAP CHEUNG SING Ki, a Chinese partnership registered under the Chinese Partnerships Ordinance, 1911, by the Supreme Court of Hongkong, was on the 10th day of November, 1920, presented to the said Court by Herbert Matheson, of Queen's Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, the Accountant and Attorney in Hongkong of the Chartered Bank of India, Australia & China, And that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at 10.30 in the forenoon, on the 24th day of November, 1920, and any creditor or contributory of the said registered partnership desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said Petition may appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that

purpose; and a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said registered partnership requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

TOTICE is hereby given that MARCONI'S WIRELESS TELEGRAPII COMPANY, LIMITED, Marconi House, Strand London, England, Electrical Engineers have duly filed a petition (with the other documents required' by the Patents Ordinance 1892) applying to the Governor-in-Council for Betters Patent for the exclusive use within the Colony of an invention for "Improvements in the employ- ment of thermionic devices for magnification purposes (English Patent No. 127, 651) and such application will come before the Executive Council for consideration at its sitting at 9.30 a.m. on 2nd December, next.
