OTICE is hereby given to the next of kin, and all other persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above named parties, de- ceased, that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on Tuesday, the Twenty-fifth day of May, A.D. 1875; or, if none, that the next of Kin do accept or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which, Letters of Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.

METTA, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Trader, having been adjudged Bank- rupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bank- ruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy on the Twenty-eighth day of January, A.D. 1871, a public sitting for the said
Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and make
application for his order of discharge will be held before the Honorable Sir John Smale, Knight, Chief Justice of the said Court, at the Supreme Court House, Victoria, Hongkong, on Friday, the Twenty-first day of May, instant, at Eleven of the clock in the forenoon precisely.

the Colony of Hongkong, Compradore to Messrs. Vogel, Hagedorn & Co., having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudi- cation of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court on the Twenty-sixth day of April, 1875, is hereby required to surrender himself to the Hono- rable William Hastings Alexander, the Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of his Creditors, to be held on the Twelfth day of May, 1875, at Eleven of the o'clock in the forepoon of that day precisely, at the said Court.
The said William Hastings Alexander is the Official Assignee, and Messrs. Edmund Sharp and Toller of the Supreme Court House, Victoria
