Bulan-Coast of Luzon.
THE fixed red light, large lens lantern, at the back of the beach of the town of Bulan, south coast of Luzon, which was displayed from a white framed structure, is now displayed from a 28 ft. standard concrete beacon. Height of light above mean high water, 32 feet. Position, are of visibility and distance of visibility, remain the same.

Boca Tigris, Navigation of by Night. Recommendation.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Commander of the Forts at Boca Tigris has requested this Office to notify merchant shipping that, with the exception of Hongkong River Steamers, all merchant vessels should refrain from passing through the Boca Tigris between the hours of 6.00 p.m. and 5.30 a.m.; and that he will not be responsible for any accident which may happen to a vessel failing to comply.
