Manigonigo Light Station.
Northeastern Extremity of Panay,
NOTICE is hereby given that the characteristic of the light at Nanigonigo Island northeastern extremity of Panay, has been changed from one flash every five seconds to one flash every two seconds. This is due to the necessity of changing the apparatus for general repairs.
The normal condition of this light will be restored as soon as practicable and notice will then be issued. (See No. 117, List of Lights, etc., 1920.)
Malabrigo Light Station.
Near Extremity of Point of Malabrigo, Southern Luzon.
DUE to some irregularities in the mechanism of the apparatus of Malabrigo light station, its characteristic is now being impaired by showing irregular flashes. These irregularities will be corrected as soon as practicable and notice will then be issued. (See No. 46, List of Lights, etc., 1920.)
Tacloban, Northern Edge of Shoal, Southern Entrance.
NOTICE is hereby given that No. 5, second class can buoy, at northern edge of shoal, southern entrance of Tacloban, has drifted.
Further notice will be given when the above buoy has been remoored in its due position. (See No. 107, List of Buoys, Beacons, etc., 1920.)

No. S. 128.—It is hereby notified that the Government intends to offer for sale by public auction, on or about the 1st November next, the whole of the area of Crown land at the corner of Pedder Street and Queen's Road Central, formerly occupied by the Post Office, Supreme Court and other Government Buildings, as delineated upon a plan which may be seen in the Public Works Office. The entire area available for sale amounts to about 36,500 square feet. The Government is prepared to consider proposals from intending purchasers for subdividing the entire area into lots of moderate size.
Subject to certain reservations as to the manner in which any building to be erected on the area may be occupied, the Government is prepared to sanction the erection of buildings not exceeding a height of 125 feet.
