PROPOSED TERMS OF THE SALE AND CROWN LEASES.

1. In consideration of payment of the agreed premia and upon completion of the reclamation of the above described Lots to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works, it is proposed to grant two Crown Leases of the whole of the areas coloured red on the said plan and having a total area of about 1,004,400 square feet for the term of 75 years, commencing from 1st July, 1898, renewable for a further term of 24 years less three days at re-assessed Crown Rents.

The amounts of the premia and Crown Rents are subject to re-adjustment when the reclamation has been completed in accordance with the areas actually occupied.
