and all other persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above named parties, de- ceased, that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on Monday, the Twenty-fourth day of April, A.D. 1876; or, if none, that the next of Kin do accept, or refuse, Letters of Administration, failing which, Letters of Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.

"OTICE is hereby given, that all CREDI- TORS and other Persons having any CLAIMS or DEMANDS upon or against the Estate of JOHN WOTHERSPOON. late of Bangkok, in the Kingdom of Siam, who died on the 6th day of July, 1871, and whose Wili was duly proved in the Probate Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Hongkong by WILLIAM
HENRY
BRERETON, of 29, Queen's Road, Hongkong, Solicitor, to whom Letters of Admi- nistration with the Will annexed were duly granted by the said Court on the 10th day of March, 1876, are hereby required to SEND in writing the PARTICULARS of their Claims or Demands to the said WILLIAM HENRY BRERETON, on or before the 1st day of July next; and notice is hereby also given, that at the expiration of the last mentioned day the said WILLIAM HENRY BRERETON will proceed
to distribute the Assets of the said JOHN WOTHERSPOON amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the Claims of which he has then had notice; and that the said WILLIAM HENRY BRERETON will not be liable for the Assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose Claims he has not had notice at the time of the distribution.
