【OTICE.—KWAN HING TA1, alias KWAN ACHEONG, trading under the style of "Sang Tai," at Victoria, in the Colony of Hong- kong, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication in Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy, on the Thirty-first day of January, A.D. 1870, a public sitting for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination and make application for his order of discharge, will be held before the Honou- rable Sir John Smale, Knight, Chief Justice of the said Court, at the Supreme Court House, Vietoria, Hongkong, on the Twenty-seventh day of March, 1876, at Eleven of the clock in the forenoon precisely.

Frederick Sowley Huffam, Esquire, is the Official Assignee in the matter.
