A-CHEONG, trading under the style of Sang Tai," having been ajinlged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankrupteg, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy, on the Thirty-first day of January, A.D. 1876, is hereby required to surender himself to Frederick Sowley Huffam, the Deputy Registrar of the said Court, at the first Laceting of his Creditors, to be held before the stid Deputy Registrar, en the Eighth day of Marck, A.D. 1876, at Eleven of the clock in the fore- noon of that day precisely, at the Court House,
Frederick Sowley Hatam, Esquire, is the Official Assignee, and Moses. Siphons & fichies are the Solicitors acting in the Bankruptcy.
A Public Sitting wil hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his final examination, and to make application for Hás discharge, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Gocerumcat Guterte,
At the first Meeting of Creditors die Deputy Registrar will receive the proofs of the Debts of Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.
Notice is also hereby given to all Persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his Effects, not to deliver the same but to the said Deputy Registrar.
