NOTICE.

Tis hereby notified, under Section 4 (1) of the Saint John's Cathedral Church Ordi- nance, 1899, that Mr. N. C. WILSON and Mr. W. L. PATTENDEN have been appointed Lay Members of the Church Body till the next- Annual Meeting of Seatholders and Subscribers in January, 1921, vice Mr. GEORGE HOGG and Mr. H. B. L. DowBIGGEN resigned.

Mr. WILSON has also been appointed to act as Honorary Treasurer.

OTICE is hereby given that EAGLE PENCIL COMPANY, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York in the United States of America, and having a principal place of business at No. 703, East, 13th Street, in the City of New York, in the United States of America, have on the 5th day of July, 1920, applied for the Registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark, namely:-

EAGLE

in the name of EAGLE PENCIL COMPANY, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

This Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of compasses and dividers in Class 8 and in respect of point protectors, lumber leads, crayons, stylographic pens, metallic pens, pen-holders, fountain-pens. rubber erasers and lead pencils, in Class 39.

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the word "Eagle ".
