The Trade Mark No. 1 is intended to be used by the applicants in respect of Substance used as food or as ingredients in food except Flour, in Class 42, in respect of Cotton Piece Goods, of all kinds, in Class 24, and in respect of Cloths and Stuffs of wool, worsted or hair, in Class 34.

Trade Mark No. 2 is intended to be used by the applicants in respect of Substance used as food or as ingredients in food, in Class 42.

in the name of the said MITSUI BUSSAN KAISHA LIMITED, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The said Trade Marks have been registered in Australia in the name of the said Mitsui Bussan Kaisha Limited and are intended to be used forthwith hy the Applicants in respect of flour, in Class 42.
