NOTICE is hereby given that FILTERIE DE BUGGENHOUT, of Buggenhout, Belgium, have on the 2nd day of December, 1919, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the follow- ing Trade Mark : ---
The representation or illustration of a Hammer, and the said Filterie de Buggenhout disclaim any right to the exclusive use of the added matter.
in the name of FILTERIE DE BUGGENHOUT, of Buggenhout, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of Cotton Thread and Yarn on spools or on reels, in Class 23.
