REFERRING to Government Notification No. S. 390 of the 31st December, 1919, it has been notified that the Occulting Light, Regent Lighthouse on Bangkok Bar, has been restored to its former characteristics, according to Light List.

THE following has been received from Saigon, dated 27th March, 1920:-

The following is a description of the buoy marking the wreck of the S S. Carlisle, sunk in the Saigon River, at the spot named Nhabé, between the signal mast and the Green Light-
The buoy is cylindro conical in shape, the conical part being formed of hori- zontal metal bands 0'08 metres in width spaced 007 metres apart: surmounted by two triangles of sheet iron placed rectangularly, 35 metres above water. It is painted green, and is moored in 8.5 metres below Zero mark.
Position. On the right bank of the river, 510 metres from the shore, in Lat. 10° 40′ 34′′ Ñ., Long. 106° 44′ 34′′ E., S. 51° W. 110 metres from the mast of the wreck.
Placed in position 23rd March, 1920.

No. 19 of 1920.
THE master of the S.S. Toussoum, Captain J. C. Anker, reports that on the 10th instant, at 11.40 a.m. in Lat. 2° 22′5′ N., Long. 104° 11'5' E. he passed an object, which he considered to be partly submerged wreck or a tree of more than ordinary length, covered with barnacles and dangerous to navigation.

THE automatic acetylene flashing white light on Arangasa Island, east coast of Mindanao, has been reported not burning. It will be relighted as soon as practicable and proper notice will then be issued.
