His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint provisionally and until further notice, THOMAS MIDDLETON LEATHERBURROW to be in charge of the Gunpowder Depôt, and JOSE L. DE SÃ to be Acting Assistant Inspector of Junks, vice WEBSTER and Rowe, dismissed as absent without leave.
