the Supreme Court, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on Friday, the Ninth day of February, A.D. 1877; or, if noue, that the next of Kin do accept, or refuse, Letters of Administration, failing which, Letters of Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.
