on the trade of Scavenger Contractor, at No. 23, in Hillier Street, under the style of "Tuck Wo," having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy, on the Twenty-eighth day of De cember, A.D. 1876, a public sitting for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination, aud make application for his order of discharge, will be held before the Honourable Sir John Smale, Knight, Chief Justice of the said Court, at the Supreme Court House, Victoria, Hongkong, on Monday, the 29th day of January, 1877, at Eleven of the clock in the forenoon precisely.
At this meeting, proofs of the debts of Creditors will be received.
