OTICE is hereby given that GEORGE FROST COMPANY, of 551, Tremont Street, City of Boston, County of Suffolk and State of Massachusetts, U.S.A., Manufacturers, have on the 12th day of February, 1919, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:--

The said Trade Mark has been used by the applicants since April, 1878, in respect of the following goods :--

in the name of SAN YUK IN TONG, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Chinese medicine and medical pills, in Class 3.

A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks, Hongkong, and the undersigned.
