No. S. 34.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Kowloon City - Mongkoktsui Road, Section II, etc.", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Tuesday, the 24th day of February, 1920, for the construction of:--
(a.) A 100-foot road near Kowloon Tong Village between the Railway embank-
ment and Tai Po Road together with all necessary nullah work.
(b) The extension of Coronation Road northwards.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

Rock in Back Reach, Canton Harbour.-Temporary Establishment of Buoy Marking.
REFERRING to Local Notice to Mariners No. 150, notice is hereby given that the rock which exists in the Back Reach of Canton Harbour, off Messrs. Jardine, Matheson & Co.'s new property (late Hamburg American Line), will, on and after January 12th, 1920, be marked by a Black Buoy, showing a Green Light between the hours of Sunset and Sunrise.
