Chinkiang District-Yangtze River.

Kiangyin Light-boat-Colour of Light Changed.

NOTICE is hereby given that the colour of the light exhibited by the Kiangyin Light boat, moored in the fairway of the Yangtze River about 6 miles above Kiangyin Point, has been changed from a fixed white light to a fixed red light.
