OTICE,-LUK MUI, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, lately carrying on business under the name of "CHI CHUK TSAI" having been adjudicated Bankrupt under a Peti- tion for adjudication in Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong, on the 18th day of March, in the year of Our Lord 1878, is hereby required to surrender himself to the Honourable CHARLES BUSHE PLUNKET, the Registrar of the said Court, at the first Meeting of Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar, on Wednesday, the 24th day of April, 1878, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at the said Court.
The said Honourable CHARLES BUSHE PLUN- KET is the Official Assignee, and the undersigned, is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.
A Public Sitting will hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt, to pass his final examination, and to make application for his discharge of which sitting, notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.
At the first meeting of Creditors, the Registrar will receive the proofs of the debts of Creditors, and the Creditors may elect an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.
