and all other persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above named persons, deceased, that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on Saturday, the 15th day of November, 1879, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon; or, if none, that the next of kin do accept or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which, Letters of Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such person as the Court may think fit.
