NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the Creditors of CHA SZ, trading under the style of TYE LEE, who was adjudicated Bankrupt on the 13th day of September, 1878, will be held before the Honourable CHARLES BUSHE PLUNKET. Registrar of the Court, at the Court House of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, on Wednesday, the 16th day of July, 1879, at Eleven of the clock in the forenoon, precisely, where the Creditors' Assignee will Submit a Statement of the whole Estate of the Bankrupt as then ascertained, of the property received and of the property outstanding, spe- cifying the cause of its being so outstanding, and of all the receipts and of all the payments thercout made, and any Creditor who has proved may attend and examine such State- inent and compare the receipts with the pay- ments. And the Meeting will dealers by resolution whether any and what part of the said produce of the Estate (after making a reasonable deduction for future contingencies) shall be divided amongst the Creditors, and at the same time the majority in value of the Creditors will determine whether any and what allowance shall be made to the Bankrupt out already proved their debts, are to come pre- of the Estate; and Creditors who have not
