title deeds of the said land.

In the event of any breach of the covenants

in the said Contract by the Spirit Farmer, no proof of which breach or of the amounts of penalties, forfeitures, damages, and losses arising there- from shall be required further than an indorsement of the same on the back of the said Contruer by the Governor or Officer adeiul dinge the Government of the Colony for the the being, I do hereby, for myself, ay executors, administrators, and assigns authorise the Governor, or Officer administering the Government for the time being, to sell or otherwise dignose of the land hereby mortgaged, and out of the preds

thereof to defray any penalties, fufeltages, damages, losses, or other liability to which by the said endorsement, the said Spirit Farmer shall have been declared liable, and the balance, if any, to be paid to me, my

executors, administrators, or assigns.
