In the matter of LEONG A-YON a Bankrupt,
NOTICE is hereby given, that a Meeting of
Creditors of the above named, who was adjudicated Bankrupt on the 12th February, 1880, will be held at the Office of the Registrar at the Supreme Court House, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of Wednesday, the 10th November, 1880, for the purpose of declaring a dividend, which dividend may be declared a final dividend.
Mr. C. F. A. SANGSTER, the Acting Deputy Registrar and Sheriff, has been appointed to pre- side at such Meeting.

the Official Assignee, and the undersigned are the Solicitors in the Bankruptcy.
At the said adjourned Meeting of Creditors, the Registrar will receive the proofs of the Debts of the Creditors, and the Creditors may elect an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.
A Public Sitting will hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his final examination and to make application for his discharge, of which Sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette. Dated this 28th day of October, 1880.
