S--For the better protection of British Subjects in Siam, I have the honour to request that in every British Subject leaving the territories of the Government over which you preside for 6 the King of Siam, may be furnished with an individual and separate passport or legal certificate tionality containing such description of the person of the holder as shall make identification «gible, and prevent fraudulent transfer of the document.
Ang parion travelling or residing in Siam without such passport or certificate of nationality,
under ordinary circumstances claim the protection of this Agency.
I have the honour to report that the matter of this Circular may be communicated to all Vice- wemers or Commissioners of Provinces within your jurisdiction.
