Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hongkong

Whereas a despatch has been received from the
Wht Honourable Sir MICHAEL HICKS-BEACH,
Fort., M.P., Her Majesty's Principal Secretary
Site for the Colonies, conveying to me Her sty's Gracious Confirmation and Allowance
following Ordinance; namely:--
No. 6 of 1879, entitled---An Ordinance enacted by the Governor of Imgkong, with the
advice of the Legislative Council thereof,
to further amend the Law relating to
Chinese Passenger Ships, and the Con-
egance of Chinese Emigrants.
Derefore, it is berchy Proclaimed, that Ordinance has been so confirmed and old as aforesaid.
