THE Swiss Federal Council having, by a note he 22nd December, 1877, denounced the xtrudition Treaty of the 31st March, 1874, ch exists between the United Kingdom of at Britain and Ireland and the Swiss Confede- and a new Extradition Treaty not having yet been concluded, the High Contracting es, being desirous of prolonging the duration he Treaty now in force, have named as their nipotentiaries for that purpose:
