Application for Registration of Trade Mark.
TOTICE is hereby given that The TAI YIK TSAI Firni of No. 117 Wing Lok Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Traders, bave on the 28th day of May 1907 applied for the registration, in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark, viz. :---
The representation of a Stag, the Chinese
characters "大益齋” meaning
"
Tai Yik Tsai and the Chinese character" meaning “Stag”,

in the name of the said TAI YIK TSAI Fienų, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of the following goods in the following class, viz, :----
Class 48, in respect of Toilet Powder.
A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong, and also at the offices of the under- signed.
