OTICE is hereby given that at the Meeting of the Legislative Council held on Monday lust, the 13th June, 1881, Leave was given to the Honourable NG CHOY to introduce a Bill for the construction of Tramways within this Colony.

Also that the said Bill will be read for the first time at the next Meeting of the Council, the date of which has not yet been announced.
