MASTERS of Vessels, Pilots, and others are notified that it is intended to alter the Lowly Point Light so that its range of visibility may be increased by one and a half miles.
Operations will be commenced on or about the 1st October next, and for a period of about one month therefrom it is probable that the revolution of the light will be somewhat irregular.
