Whereas a despatch has been received from the 八
Right Honourable The Earl of KIMBERLEY, Her
Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for the +
Colonies, conveying to me Her Majesty's Gracious Confirmation and Allowance of the following Ordinance; namely :--

Ordinance No. 1 of 1880, entitled- Ordinance enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice of the Legislative Council thereof, to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary sum of Fifty-one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy-seven Dollars and Ninety Cents, to defray the charges of the Year 1879.”
Now, therefore, it is hereby Proclaimed, that the said Ordinance has been so confirmed and allowed as aforesaid.
