The following rules were agreed to:-
STANDARD III.
I. Reading,- 3 mistakes to be allowed;
80 maximum.
II. Writing, 3 mistakes to be allowed;
40 maximum.
III. Arithmetic,-3 questions were agreed
to; 2 answered correct-
to constitute a pass; maximum 30.
