No. 520.-It is hereby notified with reference to Government Notification No. 511 of the 1st instant, that the Board of Arbitrators appointed by His Excellency the Governor under the provisions of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, (Ordinance No. 10 of 1900), consists of the following members:--

Mr. CYRIL FRANCIS WOGAN BOWEN-ROWLANDS, Secretary.
The Chairman has appointed Thursday, the 22nd August, at 10.15 a.m. at the Supreme Court, Small Court, for the first sitting of the Board.

No. 521.-His Majesty the KING has been pleased to approve of the appointment of the Honourable Mr. HENRY KESWICK to be an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council of Hongkong during the absence from the Colony of Mr. WILLIAM JARDINE GREsson.

No. 522.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint ARTHUR JOCELYN BRACKENBURY to be his Private Secretary, with effect from the 8th instant.
9th August, 1907.
No. 523.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to grant to Surgeon- Lieutenant CHARLES FORSYTH, Hongkong Volunteer Corps, leave of absence for twelve months, commencing from the 14th instant.
