GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.-No. 361.
Tenders will be received at this Office until Noon of Friday, the 9th instant, for the supply of about seven piculs of new seeds of Pinus sinensis.
For form of tender, specification, and further particulars, apply to the Superintendent of the Botanical and Afforestation Department.
No tender will be received unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $25, as a pledge of the bonâ fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person refuses to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
