Application for Registration, of Trade Mark.
NOTICE is hereby given that The KWONG
CHEONG COMPANY carrying on business at Victoria in the Colony of Hong- kong and elsewhere as Flour Merchants have, on the 16th day of July 1907, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :-

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants since the month of January 1905 in respect of the following goods :--
Flour, in Class 42.
A facsimile of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong and also at the office of the under- signed.

OTICE is hereby given that THE HONG- KONG WILLING COMPANY LIMITED of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong have on the 12th day of July 1907 applied for the Registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark viz.:--
A representation of a maple leaf on two crossed keys inside a circle bearing the words Key Brand",
in the name of the sand HONGKONG MILLING COMPANY LIMITED who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods in the following Class viz.:--
Class 42, in respect of Flour.

OTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of Shareholders of the above Company will be held at the offices of Messrs. DODWELL & Co., LTD., Qucen's Buildings, on the Seventh day of August next at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having laid before them an Account showing the manner in which the Winding-up has been conducted and the Property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
