Accidental Death,
Death occurred to the child who was in a sickly state of health and un- likely to live, after a fall occasioned by a push given to the mother of the child, but whether such death was accelerated by the fall or not there is no sufficient evidence to show,.... Death came to the deceased through the falling of the floor of house No. 150, Queen's Road West, upon him while on the ground floor engaged in extinguishing a fire which was raging in that house,
