No. 488.-It is hereby notified that Letters Patent dated the 16th July, 1907, have been granted to Mr. LOUIS SEPULCHRE of Herstal-lez-Liege, Belgium, Manufacturer, for an invention for Improvements in Caps or Tops for lamp and other chimneys, ventilating shafts and the like.

No. 489.-It is hereby notified that the HUNG TAI have, by assignment, become entitled to the two trade marks registered on the 18th June, 1894, in the name of Mr. SHEK SUI PING trading under the name of FUNG TAI, in respect of Tea; and the two trade marks registered on the 30th October. 1905, in the name of FooNG TAIT, in respect of Tea, in Class 12.
