In the matter of the Estate of ROBERT SAYLE,

Inte f Leighton House Trum- pingeon in the County of Cam- bridge, General Merchant, de- ceased.
*OTICE is herchy given that all Creditors and other Persons having any claius
or demands upon or against the Estate of the said ROBERT SAYLE, who died at Leighton House aforesaid, on the 5th day of October, 1983, and whose Will was duly proved in the Supreme Court of Hongkong, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on the 4th day of March, 1884, by BOARDMAN BROMHEAD BALTON SAYLE, of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchant and Letters of Administration with the Will annexed, to whose Estate were granted to the said BOARDMAN BROMUEAD DALTON SAYLE are hereby required to send in Writing the full l'articulars of their claims or demands to the undersigned on or before the 5th day of April, 1854, pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of Hongkong made in this matter on the 6th day of March, 1884, limiting the time for Creditors to send in their claims to that date.
And Notive is hereby also given that at the expiration of the day above limited the said BOARDMAN BROMHEAD DALTON SAYLE Will proceed to distribute the assets of the said ROBERT SAYLE, docensed, amongst the Parties
itled thereto having regard to the claims of which the said BOARDMAN BROMH CAD DALTON SAYLE or the u dolgud shall then lave had notice and that the said BOARDIAN BROMHEAD DALTON SAYLD will not be liable for the assets or any part drar cof so distributed to any person of whose claim he slll not have had notice at the time of distribution.
All parties indebted to the above Estate are requested to make immediate payment to the said BOARDMAN BROMHEAD DALTON SAYLE.
