APPOINTMENTS, &C.

No. 476.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint, under Sub-section 22, Section 37, of the Merchant Shipping Consolidation Ordinance, 1899, (Ordinance No. 10 of 1899), Mr. JOHN FINLAY MILLER to be a Surveyor of Boilers of unlicensed Steamships under 60 tons burden.

No. 477.It is hereby notified with reference to Government Notification No. 467 of the 12th July, 1907, that the Cape Collinson Light will be 4th Order and not 3rd Order as therein stated.

No. 478.-It is hereby notified that tenders will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Tuesday, the 6th August, 1907, for the extension of the Medical Staff Quarters at High Street.

No works will be permitted on Sundays.
