No Creditor can vote unless he previously proves his debt.

Forms of Proof and Proxy can be obtained at the Official Receiver's Office during office hours.

At the First General Meeting, the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtors shall be adjudged Bankrupts or whether they. the Creditors, will entertain a proposal for a Composition or a Scheme of Arrangement.

Application for Registration of Trade Marks.

OTICE is hereby given that CAMMELL, LAIRD & CO. LIMITED of Cyclops Works, Sheffield, England, Manufacturers have, on the 2nd day of July 1907, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks :---
