LOCAL NOTICE TO MARINERS No. 25.
North Dutch Folly Buoy: out of position and sometimes submerged.
Notice is hereby given that strong freshets have dragged the moorings of the North Dutch Folly Buoy, which is out of position and sometimes submerged. The buoy will be replaced in position as soon as possible, but owing to the present
xceptionally high state of the river it may be some time before this can be done.
