Foreign Attachment, returnable on the 18th day of March, 1885, against all the Pro- perty movable and immovable of the above named Defendants, within the Colony of Hong- kong, has been issued in this Suit, pursuant to the Provisions of Section LXXXII of "The Hongkong Code of Civil Procedure."

Court of Hongkong, made on the 20th day of February, 1885. Notice is hereby given that all Persons having Claims against the Estate of CARG FERDINAND FRIEDRICH HERRMANN, late Master of the Steam-ship Chingkian, (who was drowned at sea on the 29th day of January, 1884, intestate), are hereby required to send in writing Particulars of their Claims to us the Undersigned Solicitors for NICOLAUS AUGUST SIEBS, (the Person appointed by the Supreme Court of Hong- kong, in its Probate Jurisdiction to Administer the Estate and Effects of the said Deceased), on or before the Ist day of June next, after which time the Administrator will proceed to dis- tribute the Assets of the Deceased among the Persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the Claims of which he shall then have had Notice.
