At I understand that you are Chairman of the Committee which has been formed for the purpose of colleging funds for a Testimonial to be presented to me as Executive President of the Colonial and Indian Exhibition, I wish to write and express to you and the other gentlemen who have so kindly moved in this matter, how deeply I appreciate the compliment they propose to pay me.
