2. Every person who threatens any other person

Certain acts of intimida-

((6) with any injury to the person, reputation, or tion prohi

with intent in any such case-----

(1) to alarm the person so threatened or any other person, or

(2) to cause the person so threatened or any other person to do any act which he is not legally bound to do, or

(3) to cause the person so threatened or any other person to omit to do any act which he is legally entitled to do,

shall be guilty of an offence against this Ordinance.

Every person who commits an offence against this Penalties, Ordinance, and every person who attempts to do any act which would be an offence against this Ordinance, shall upon summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five Inudred dollars and to imprisonment for any term not exceeding six months, and shall upon conviction on indictment be liable to imprisonment for any term not exceeding five years,
